We're a modern music school in Vienna for kids, teens and adults with teachers from L.A., London and Vienna. We offer bilingual English-German band programmes, singing groups, and lessons in voice, piano, drums, guitar and bass.

Our band student, Theo, recorded the title track for the Disney show “Marvel Iron Man und seine fantastischen Freunde” with the Deutsch-pop group Deine Freunde!

Livewires sparks connections with music. Music is an experience — a chance for creativity, teamwork, and responsibility. We're passionate about exploring this in a fun, safe environment where individuals can build pride and a lasting sense of accomplishment. We work with children to adults of all abilities and ages.ā
Livewires was born out of a shared passion for music, education, and community.
In 2019, Ellie moved from the UK to Vienna , where she began offering piano and vocal lessons. As her group of students grew, so did a sense of community. In 2022, Ellie started coaching her first young band — right from their apartment. This band thrived, performing at benefit concerts and other shows across the city. Watching their growth, confidence, and connection confirmed something important: this experience needed to be shared with others.
Together, Ellie and Ben founded a collection of music programmes designed to give musicians a chance to grow, not just musically, but socially — in a fun, stimulating environment where teamwork, creativity, and pride can flourish.
